1. Software patches will no longer be supplied. Leading to unfixed problems and vulnerabilities.
2. Cyber security updates will no longer be issued. Potential openings for hackers and ransomware.

Path forward to solution:

1. Backup your existing system
2. Identify all sofware running on your server
3. Identify and hardware deficiencies
4. Upgrade to latest Microsoft Windows Server
5. Install/restore all software applications
6. Restore data
7. Restore all shares
